Use DayMerger with clear expectations

These short beta terms explain what DayMerger does, what it does not do, and the responsibility that stays with each user.

Free, invitation-only beta

DayMerger is an early-stage planning product currently offered without charge to a small invited group of adults age 18 or older. An invitation is for the invited tester and should not be posted publicly. Features may change, have errors or be interrupted while the beta is improved. Access may be limited or ended as the product evolves.

Paycheck ranges are rough estimates

The Work tab uses scheduled shifts, unpaid breaks you enter, hourly rates, pay dates and pay-period cutoffs to show a broad possible take-home range. It allows for small clock and break differences and a general deduction range, but it does not know your payroll elections, taxes, overtime, tips, benefits or employer adjustments. Your employer's final paycheck and payroll records are the official amounts. DayMerger is not a payroll processor, accountant, attorney or financial adviser.

Planning suggestions are not guarantees

Workload levels, study blocks, travel prompts, notifications and shift recommendations depend on the information you enter and can be incomplete, delayed or blocked by device settings. Confirm important deadlines, class times and shifts with your school and employer before making decisions.

Your account and records

Use your own signed-in identity and keep access secure. Enter only information you are authorized to use. Do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, payment details or another person's private records.

School and work connections

School-calendar and work-schedule connections are read-only. Connect or export only your own information and confirm that imported deadlines and shifts are accurate. Automatic calendar feeds remain optional; disconnect one if its private link is reset, shared accidentally or no longer needed.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's records, interfere with operation or use the app for unlawful activity.

Changes

These beta terms may be updated as the product and business structure mature. Material changes will be reflected here before a public paid launch.
